16 Balance Exercises

The following movements are intended as a supplement to regular attendance at a balance class and as an aid to maintaining balance skills outside of class training time. They are in no way comprehensive enough to use in place of attending a series of classes designed to help identify causes and correct a serious loss of balance control.
