Balance Exercises In Every Day Life

This series is intended to demonstrate the relationship between specific balance exercises and how they manifest spontaneously as we move about in our lives.  The technical term is reactive balance control.

Hopefully, the correlation to “real life” will help to reinforce the importance of the exercises by inspiring faith and providing motivation for a person to maintain strong balance skills, especially if the balance has become weak.
